Keith Foote is an outstanding real estate agent.  I could not be more satisfied with how he helped me both sell my home in Marysville and buy another in Mukilteo. I would recommend him to anyone.

Keith helped me stage my home for sale, just like on TV.  He then developed a truly great marketing plan that included a talking house and letting every other agent in the area know about my home for sale.  My house sold for full price on the fist day it was listed.  I even had a backup offer from another agent who wanted to buy the house for her mother.

Keith then helped me find my new home.  We knew it would sell quickly and made an offer that same day. I was one of six offers made on day one that the house was listed for sale.  Keith was the only agent to personally present my offer to the sellers, explaining why I wanted the house and how it was perfect for me.  My offer was accepted, even though it was not the highest offer.  I attribute that solely to his presentation and negotiation skills.

Hi Everyone,

     As most of you know, we have a couple of former teachers who have joined forces to develop the C & K  Real Estate Team.  Keith Foote(425-239-1184) and Craig Degerness(425418-1730) share in their business 50/50.

     For the past year and a half, Craig has has been working to help me find my dream piece of property.  I looked and looked and finally a listing came up I liked and Keith Foote stayed up late on a Fri. night to draw up the offer.  Both Keith and Craig went above and beyond what I think most relators do for their clients.  They both went "blazing" through the property and were attacked by sticker bushes, dogs, goats, mud and had to walk on and over countless logs (I do think they had some fun doing this though, you know it brought out their "inner boy-scout").  They also went through the property with the Wet Lands Surveyors and got muddy once again.  Keith and Craig brought me through the process making it very convinent. They even helped me with setting up a renters contract and spent endless hours at the county courthouse looking up thermographic charts.

     What I want to say is that I highly, highly, highly recommend the Keith and Craig Team if any of you are ever in need of a relator that will really work for that commission!!!  They are both WONDERFUL!!!
