I live in England and inherited my father's home in Lakeside. I needed someone with the expertise to provide me with a precise survey of my father's home so I could be assured that its present condition was sound. Absolutely knowledgeable. You can tell that Karl knows his stuff and that makes me really trust his opinion. I don't feel like he's trying to make stuff up about what he knows because he readily admits if something is outside his area of expertise. I like the fact that he walks around with me to physically show me things on the report, as well as giving me a good written copy with pictures. The instant gratification of knowing what is going to show up on the report gives you something to think about from the outset rather than nervously waiting.
