"The Kimberly Experience:" My husband and I were sporadically looking at homes in the York area. If we drove by one we liked we would go home and try to find it online. We saw one but could not find it online. We called the Realtor that was listed on the sign and that is how we me Kimberly Gribbin. At that time we did not know how lucky we were. ...Kimberly offered to set us up with auto emails on houses that met our criteria--no pressure, no sales calls, and no hassles. After awhile we asked her to come and evaluate our home. She was very professional and yet very down to earth and honest. She advised us on some things we could do like updating, repairing and reorganizing to get our house ready to sell. She is very knowledgeable on staging homes.
