Born in Houston and a graduate of the University of Texas, Scott Turner began his real estate career as the office manager for a central Austin residential brokerage, Pat Brown & Company, and soon thereafter made the decision to work as a full time real estate agent. Early on, his work for a local development company, Hassaw Homes, provided the ideas and knowledge leading to the creation of Riverside Homes. In 2003, he opened his own brokerage, Turner Residential, and founded Riverside Homes LLC. After twenty urban spec projects and over $60 million in real estate sales, the two companies complement each other and, with an in-house builder and full time marketing staff, offer a turnkey solution for project implementation and marketing, focused exclusively on central Austin.
