Kimberlee started investing in real estate in 1998.  She worked for attorneys, builder and real estate broker as a legal secretary for 18 years prior to investing.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker,  Investor and Teacher. Kimberlee has bought and sold 100's of homes with all "No Money Down." She created different courses which teach you how to set yourself up from Corporations, Book keeping, Land Trusts, Buy and Sell, Lease Options, Short Sales and Subject To.   Kimberlee is a true transaction engineer.  She moved from Michigan to the Florida market and continued to take use her Apprentice Program wherein it allowed students/parnters to learn every type of investing in real estate for 1 year in her office.  That program is available for individuals who would like to either be personally mentored or become a Coach to teach individuals how to invest in real estate.

Kimberlee Frank is very expereienced at working with the Seller and the Bank to liquidate properties prior to the property going into foreclosure.  She has negotiated 100s of short sales.  Her and her partners are working on 50 plus foreclosure short sales.  They are successful at getting the mortgage companies to take less and the deficiency judgments waived against the Sellers.

If you are a Realtor or Mortgage Broker, all you see in this market is foreclosures.  It is time that you learn how to properly submit a foreclosure short sale to the mortgage company, get it accepted and make sure the Seller is not responsible for the difference between the short sale and the balance of the loan (Deficiency Judgment).  It is important for the Seller to know what a 1099s, should he receive one because of the short sale.  Realtors need to educate themselves so that they can help the Seller, Buyer, Mortgage Company and themselves.
