A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi! I am a residential specialist at SalinaHomes.com in Salina, KS, and have been a REALTOR since 1999. I love what I do and it shows in my work. What i have found to be true over the past 8 years is that selling homes is just a by-product of my real business. Turns out - helping people and meeting new friends is what I am really here to do. Every time I get to know a person individually, the whole buying and selling process is much more fun and exciting. Here is a little bit about me:
Kimberley and her family made the big move to Salina in 1995 and haven't looked back since. "I came from Oklahoma City and didn't have a real personal feeling there like I do here. I can run to the store or go to a school function and see five or more people that just stop and chat. That doesn't happen in the bigger cities".
Kimberley's family consists of 2 daughters, Haley and Kinsey, and 1 son, Jett. She is married to Brent who is a Captain at the Salina Fire Department. They have settled in nicely to this family-style community and this gives Kimberley an edge when it comes to helping buyers and sellers in the community "I have been both a buyer and a seller and understand what the public wants. I have a core belief that most people want to be listened to and given their options so they are in control of the transaction. Not just a salesperson to tell them what to do".
Kimberley is active in her daughter's schools. "I pride myself on going the extra mile with my clients. I would like them to consider me more of a friend than just their consultant when all of the business is said and done".
WHAT I LIKE TO DO
I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and enjoy working with seniors. They have an unlimited wealth of knowledge and give freely if you only ask.
I also am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and love to work with buyers. You get a wonderful sense of accomplishment when you hand over the keys to a family that is just buying their first home. You form a bond with them that is life long. Another reason why I love real estate. I have gotten to know many people and stay in touch with them.
A recent undertaking of mine is a new website called "WWW.SALINAREALESTATEEXPERT.COM" I hope that it will be informative and fun at the same time. It has been a lot of work and is time consuming but so far has proven to be a lot of fun as well. Check it out if you have time.
CLIENTS I HAVE HELPED
In the summer of 2002, we were looking at some houses. We came across one that had Kimberley's sign on it. We called her and she met us right away to show it. We looked at it several times and decided to buy. Kimberley was very nice and knowledgeable on what she was doing. Since that time we have used Kimberley as our personal agent to buy 2 other properties and to sell 1 for us. We are always referring her to our friends. Not only has she become our Realtor but also our friend.
