Rick and I share 35 years experience in the Residential Real Estate Market.  We have assisted home owners with new construction as well as remodeling.  People choose to work with us because we have a low key approach, support them through the many decisions that need to be made, educate clients on products and process and in the end delivery a high end/quality product no matter what the budget. 

We have a wonderful team of professionals who are all licensed and fully insured.  We show up when we say we're going to and project realistic schedules.  Communication is the key and we like to keep our clients informed at all times.  We have consise Contracts that review all aspects of the work to be done and materials to be purchased.  There are no 'surprises' and any changes made are documented and agreed to by all parties.

Products that we offer are quality built products - it's important to us that everything we sell reflects positively on us - we want re-peat customers and customer who feel comfortable referring us to the friends, family and neighbors.

We specialize in kitchen and bath remodeling.  Kimberlie has been designing high end kitchens for 10 years but can also create designs on more modest budgets as well.  We've worked on Million Dollar Coastal homes as well as small Urban condos.  We have several lines of cabinets that fit into just about any budget. 

Because we've chosen not to have an expensive showroom environment we can offer custom cabinets at a more affordable price saving our clients time and money.  We meet with our clients in their home or at our Pelham, NH Office where we review plans and products.  Other products can be found via the internet or local showrooms that specialize in plumbing and electrical fixtures.

Customer service is our strong suite.  We want everyone we work with to be happy and proud of their investment.

When we first met with Kimberlie with our new house plans she was able to help us visualize the potential of our space with the movement of a window and deletion of a wall.  We were able to create the kitchen of our dreams before the builder started framing saving us money.  She worked closely with the builder and other subs keeping our plan on track and in the end we got what we wanted and the builder was able to stay on schedule.  We've recommended Kimberlie & Rick to family and friends who have discovered their talents as well.
