- I have been a Model Home Agent & Realtor since August 2005. I work in the Brookside Community in LaVergne, TN specializing in New Construction.
Who is Kimberly Lord?
I began my career in Real Estate in 2001. I worked for a Real Estate Investment Firm as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the President. After deciding that I wanted to be a part of the action, I embarked on my Real Estate journey at Nashville School of Real Estate. Upon completion of my classes and licensing requirements, I joined the team at Greenvale Homes.
I live in the Murfreesboro, TN area with my husband and three children. I stay connected to my community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and my children's various activities.
What can I expect from a Model Home Agent and Greenvale Homes?
My job as a Model Home Agent is to educate you, the buyer, on the home buying and building process. I pride myself on being a neighborhood expert. If I don't know the answer, I can get it!
From picking out your house plan and home-site to coordinating the color of your hardwood and cabinets. I am here as a resource for all of it! I work hand in hand with the superintendent and sub contractors to ensure that your home stays on schedule for closing. I also get the honor of letting you know when we have a hiccup that may cause a delay! But, my job doesn't stop there. I continue my work with the warranty department to ensure that you love your home during the first year as much as you did on the first day!
At Greenvale Homes, we believe that building your house shouldn't be the easiest part. We believe from contract to close should be the easiest part! In our efforts to deliver seamless service, we recruit the help of Preferred Associates.
Kensington Financial Group (www.kfgonline.net) over sees your mortgage selection process. As a mortgage broker, they will be able to provide you with a portfolio of loan options that fit your situation. Once Kensington Financial Group completes their work on your file, it's time to close.
For closing, we recruit the help of Biltmore Title. Biltmore Title is able to meet in the neighborhood to finalize your closing.
