Scott Office.  Formerly a Windermere Agent since 1989.  Founder of Easy Street Records in Seattle but am no longer officially associated with the remainng Easy Street Record Stores.  Managed Heavy Metal /Hard Rock Bands, Industrial and a few singers,and was in the Music Business  for over 35 years.  Worked in radio,tour promotion and artist management had my own record label in the 80's and took artists all over this crazy world. Queensryche was a band I helped form and managed, after they hung out as youngsters at my store on Bel Red Road.  They were all from Redmond. Have done major tours with the likes of AC-DC,Dio,Ozzy,Iron Maiden,KIss,and many more. Have got some great stories...

As Owner Broker of Sound Realty, I herd the cats and work with clients that are both new acquaintances and old friends.  It's a great business.  We have fun helping others achieve their goals, both clients and agents.

I also taught The History of Rock and Roll at BCC and a few high schools years back, so if you're tired of talking about real estate and have any Music Related questions...fire away!!!  I love to talk about music.  Hit me with your trivia questions.  To this day some bands stop by with CDs for me to critique...warning, I'm as tough on them as Ardell is on the real estate industry.  So don't ask if you don't really want to know.

I have clients who have bought property through me, many times over.  I also have clients who constantly send their friends to me and Ardell.  What more of a testimonial do you need?  Sometimes we hang out in my music room, which they love, while Ardell might work on parts of the contract.:When people keep coming back and sending their friends...why ask them to write a letter about how good you are.  They show this by their actions.  I don't need them to put it on paper.

I may ask a few of them to stop by and put their thoughts down on my first blog entry, so those who like to see written testimonials can read what they have to say.  I won't ask them to put their real names though, because I value their privacy, though many of our clients know each other and have met one another at our house parties.

It's hard picking an agent these days.  I know testimonials are supposed to help you pick an agent.  But really.  You'll know.  Just meet us.  You'll know.  You won't need any letters and we won't give you our clients phone numbers.  Though a few of our clients agree to help one another from the consumer perspective, which is really nice.  But you can't meet them until we meet you, because we don't hand over our clients info without their permission and to just old anybody.  We value them too much to "use" them that way.
