I live in Clarksville Tennessee which is home to a large Military Base that extends into Kentucky. I have experience in selling Single Family Homes starting around $80,000 up to $700,000. I also enjoy selling homes that are in need of some repairs. It is exciting helping an investor find a home that they can repair in to a dream home for other Buyers. I have worked with Buyers looking for land that has access to a creek, river, lake or maybe just the perfect building site. I can help Developers find that perfect tract of land to subdivide.
