Specifically, I help my clients through the buying and selling process so they can continue to do their jobs and be with their families. I am able to naviagate the MLS, show homes on a flexible schedule and negotiate offers to meet the needs of you, my client. What also sets me apart is my professionalism, my tedious attention to detail (aka: all the fine print), and my ability to get the deal moving in a timely manner. I go to inspections, call title companies, call other agents, and help my clients figue out what questions still need to be asked.
I am a self-starter which is part of the reason for my career change. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology, as well as a teaching credential in both Physical Education and Adapted Physical Education. However, I found that what I really enjoyed was coaching. I took some time off after having my second child and decided that it was time to make a move into another field. A move to a career where I saw the direct results of my efforts. I was a little skeptical of Real Estate, but it fits me PERFECTLY!!! I love it and now know that I would do nothing else.
