  • As-Is Properties:  If you are looking for a fixer upper, you have came to the right place.  Most of our properties are in need of repair.
  • Rentals:  If you are looking for rental properties, most of our properties will be excellent rentals once rehabbed.  We also from time to time have all ready renovated and rented properties available.
  • Rehab:  If you see an as is property, and would rather purchase it with the needed repairs made and ready to rent we have three different crews who are familiar with renovating homes for rental, including Section 8 and we can quote a rehab for you.
  • For each of our properties you will find we have a full range of photos, a list of possible repairs, rental comarisons in some cases, MLS comparisons in some cases, and mortgage comparisons from Real Quest.

Financing:  If you need help in finding financing, we may have a contact that will fit your needs.

  • We have several national hard money lenders, a local (also national) lender for blanket loans, and we are continually looking for funding for our buyers. 

Team Building:  If you need assistance in building your team here in Kansas City, we can also provide you with potential service providers through our network with Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors.
