Kim began her real estate career in the mortgage industry. Starting on the operations side she was able to learn the lending process from start to finish. She then pursued a position as a Loan originator enjoying the challenge of finding just the right loan product for her customers.

In 2000 Kim decided to take her real estate exam and became a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri. After managing a real estate office for a high volume agent, Kim was ready to take her career to the next level. In 2004 she began helping buyers and sellers purchase and sell their homes.

In 2007 Kim decided to broaden her knowledge even further and joined Graham Welch & Associates, the fastest growing real estate company in the KC metro area. Graham Welch specializes in new construction communities. Kim felt this was an area she wanted to learn more about and she is thrilled to have made the change.

Kim now manages several new home communities and continues to help clients buy and sell existing homes.
