Who in the world is Lynda H?
Don't know where or how to begin your home search? Or will your next home purchase or sale be your umpteenth? Big house, little house. condo or townhome I'd be happy to talk with you about what your home needs are. A twenty + year veteran of this great business, I can provide plenty of references for you from satisfied current and past clients. My business has been and continues to be built on personal referral from family, friends and folks and families who've been very pleased with the service, expertise and representation they've received.
No "Big Team" here. After talking, meeting and getting to know each other a bit - you'll be working directly with ME. No hand off to someone else. I don't do a ga-zillion transactions a year - nor do I want to. I make a good living doing what I love to do. I know it counds corny - but not many people can say they get up every day and love what they do. I'm in this business because I do love what I do every day. I value and enjoy the people and the process of finding persons and families "Just the Right Place to Call Home".
A little "bio background" - born in Youngstown, OH but spent most of my life in Phoenix, AZ. Moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1986. Initially lived in Issaquah (what is now Samammish- lived in Beaver Lake of the Plateau), moved to Kirkland in the early 1990's and live in the north Kirkland area (Totem Lake). I'm actively involved in my community, serving on the board of the Totem Lake Neighborhood Association for several years.
Greater East King & South Snohomish Counties
What areas do I cover? I'd say "Renton to Everett" is a pretty good explantion. My transactions are for residential homes, condos & townhomes. For 8 years I worked on the Coldwell Banker Bain relocation group on the destination team (i.e. helping folks get acquainted with, settled and guide them through their home purchase in their new area). My business each year is pretty balanced between buyer representation and seller representation. I prefer not to practice dual agency (representing both parties at the same time).
My goal for all my clients is a smooth, enjoyable process - whether it be selling a home or buying. By breaking down the process for either buying or selling, and educating my clients I find that the process becomes less overwhelming and intimidating. Buying and selling a home isn't brain surgery. It should be an enjoyable process
