About Us:

Kirk Mulhearn has been involved in the real estate lending and sales industry for over eighteen years.  In addition to being the General Manager of,  Prudential California Realty, "The Bixby Knolls Branch,"  Mr. Mulhearn simultaneously manages a Branch of GEM Mortgage specializing in mortgage planning and loan originations.  In addition to his own sales, he currently manages thirty-five licensed real estate agents.  He created and offers a special mortgage finance training to agents interested in working with home buyers and closing more transactions. 

In addition to being extremely active in the Southern California real estate market, Mr. Mulhearn is also a licensed Architect and a California as a Type "B" Building Contractor.  He has designed and built both custom homes and entire tracts.  He is currently developing several raw land parcels.  Giving him a unique point of perspective on many real estate subjects.
