We had just about given up hope on selling our home and were looking at rental options. Our house was unoccupied and on the market for almost two years, with numerous price reductions and continuous maintenance costs. We met Kirsten Conover in late December of 2007 through a referral from a close friend. My wife and I had been loyal to the same agent for two years, but felt like it was time to make a change. She assisted me with staging my home, made sure that the pictures online showed all the upgrades I had done to my home, and even did a virtual tour.
