About Us:
I have been in the mortgage industry for over ten years. I served the Sumner County market as a loan officer for Union Planters Bank where my branch was voted by the readers of the local paper as the best place to get a home loan. I was a member of the President's Club and the top producer in number of units for the Nashville/Middle Tennessee market for Union Planters Bank. After almost eight years of day to day mortgage origination I decided to give management a try. I accepted a position with Fifth Third Bank as the Senior Regional Production Manager. After 2 years in running my own mortgage broker shop I have joined Sumner Bank and Trust as the Sr Vice President, Mortgage Lending Division manager. My area of Expertise is in consulting with the client. No one mortgage is right for everyone! I will take the time with each client to hear their dreams and desires for the home they are buying. Then I will recommend not one but two to three loans that will address their needs. I will take the time to explain the pluses and minuses to each option and then let them decide! Because of this, I have clients that have come back time and time again (one client we are now doing his 5 loan in ten years!)
