I started working with in city (Spokane) properties, but after 5 years had passed, I discovered the need for experience & honesty within the rural areas, and here I am, 30+ years later - specializing in the small towns and farm areas of eastern Washington! I work all phases of real estate except for rentals - that is something I don't want to do. I do sell investment properties, but no management. I am a HUD approved Broker, member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and the Association of Realtors. My company is active in community support and I am an executive board member of the Ritzville Chamber of Commerce. I am the only Broker that has established a rural real estate office in eastern Adams County over the past 30 or so years, and I'm proud to be a part of my community.
