About Me:

David assists buyers and sellers of real estate in the Nelson / Tasman region, at the Top of the South Island in New Zealand, mostly known as the Sunshine Capital of New Zealand.

We have a great team at Summit Real Estate, comprising over 100 staff spread across 6 offices in the top half of the South Island of New Zealand.

We are a company founded in 1992 by two born and bred Nelsonians keen to share their passion for the region.

We have specialists for Residential property (I'm there), Commercial properties, Property Management (Letting) and for Special Projects (eg; the development of multi-lot sub-divisions)

About Me

David specifically concentrates on Residential Property. Since growing up and attending Nayland College back in the 1970's he has called Nelson home, albeit after the obligitary (well for Kiwi's anyway) OE. OE is another kiwi acronyn, it stands for Overseas Experience, and I would has at a guess that 90% of all Kiwis have done so.
