As a Real Estate Agent licensed in 1993, I found early on that I enjoyed working with buyes the best. In the course of my Real Estate career I have achieved many milestones, such as: ABR-Accredited Buyer Rep, CIA-Certified Internet Agent (South Dakotas 1st), courses in negotiations where everybody wins and much more. In 2005, I chose to get into the lending side of the Real Estate World, I believe that I have made the right choice, as I mentioned before, that I most enjoy working with the buyers in a real estate transaction.
