This program is for people that want to see the payment fixed for 30 years with no changes in the payments. This is excellent for anyone including men, women, or families. First Time Homebuyer Program ($8,000.00 Tax credit until Dec 1, 2009)
Anybody who has 1 year of solid full time employment can qualify for the first time homebuyer's program. Then your yearly income is used to estimate how much you qualify for. You must also have average to good credit. A credit score of 620 and above qualifies. Meanwhile, you get tax incentives.
