I know Wilmington and can show you how beautiful the city and coastal areas are. My background - Worked in the corporate world starting for GE and ended at Lockheed Martin as a procurement specialist after a total of 23 years. I moved over 7 times with these companies.
I have an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS Economics - Management from Russel Sage College.
As for being an agent I want to give you the necessary tools - maps, guides, mls data, neighborhood data so you are readily prepared to make your best decision. It is important to educate you on the neighborhoods, the schools, the homeowner association ( if there is one), the NC real estate process and the county and city to make your purchase the best decision for you.
I think it very important to consider all aspects of our area when looking for real estate and since I have moved 8 times in my life, and have been a realtor for 9 years, I think that that experience matters. My daughter also attends Wilmington public schools so I am familiar with those and their areas also.
