I just wanted to take a moment of your time to tell you thanks for all you did in selling our home.  You do not know the amount of stress we were under trying to sell "By Owner".  For months and months we would show our home to anyone that called and then we would worry if the shoppers were really looking at our house or if they just wanted to see our furnishings.

Agent after agent came and pitched their services. I think your were the seventh agent to ring our door bell and we just new that you were different than all the rest. At the time we didn't know what it was.  We just knew that you were our blessing.

We signed the listing  agreement with you on Friday, you got us into MLS on Monday and you sold our house in 16 days. Yes, I said days. You are so great.

We were very happy to have Kris Moran work with us to sell our investment home in 2006. Kris scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience after work and on weekends. She provided us with outstanding advice about how to prepare our home for sale. She provided a profile on the house for people touring. She promptly returned all phone calls and had advertising in place as soon as possible.
