- In January of 2010 I expanded my work in Real Estate and transfered to our Lewes office to work in the Rental Dept. Weekly, seasonal & Year round. I continue to work in the Sales Department as well.

Katie started in the Real Estate business approximately 16 years ago as an assistant for a ReMax Agent in Bowie, MD. At that time Katie had a young family and a full time job managing an Environmental consulting firm, even though she did not get her license at that time she always knew that someday she would sell Real Estate and hoped to be a sucessful agent. She has been in the business in Sussex County for just about 7 years and truly loves her job. Specilizing in New Construction and Relocations she does her homework to keep up with what is going on in Sussex County. Having a background in Bookkeeping the tax benefits of living in Delaware make sense to her. She herself moved her family here for several reasons, the low property tax and the laid back life style living so close to the beach. Katie is always professional, friendly and will go the extra mile for her clients.
Working Sussex County coastline to the Farmland of the Western side of the County, Katie will leave no stone unturned to find the perfect home for her clients.
