About Kevin & Spiro
In 2010, I teamed up with top-producing broker Spiro Stratigos. Since "McGinnis-Stratigos" doesn't quite roll off the tongue, we decided to call our team, simply, Kevin & Spiro.
Together we bring almost 20 years of real estate experience to every transaction. We specialize in residential properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties: single family homes, luxury properties, new construction, condos, lots and acreage.
We both have made it a point to adapt to the changing real estate market and we have expertise in handling the buying and selling sides of short sales and pre-foreclosures.

We needed a Realtor because we owned a country house we wanted to sell. We hired Kevin because of his professionalism with a "no-pressure" type of attitude. We found it irresistible!
