I specialize in residential properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties: condos, single family homes, luxury properties, lots and acreage. I work full time as a Realtor for Frank Howard Allen, the market leader in Marin. The company is also the largest independently owned and operated brokerage in the North Bay, and ranked among the top 50 real estate companies nationally. In both my personal and professional life, I believe I'm a natural-born problem solver. As a Realtor, that's one of the best traits to have. I have the skills to guide clients smoothly through the buying and selling process, overcoming with confidence any challenges that may arise along the way. I make it a priority to anticipate my clients' needs and provide them with the very best information at all times. If I don't have the answer off the top of my head, I know enough to know that I "don't know," and I'll go find the answer. I think that's a large part of being a professional.
Areas of Expertise
I am a fifth generation Northern Californian with roots here dating back to the late 1800s. Today, I'm proud call to Marin County my home, and the home base for my career. Before entering real estate, I owned a retail business. As President and CEO, I was deeply involved in all aspects of the business, including marketing and customer relations. Today, these skills are central to my real estate business.
My goal as a Realtor is threefold: to distinguish myself as a highly knowledgeable real estate professional; to anticipate and exceed my clients' expectations by providing a high level of service; and to develop trusted relationships.
I live in Marin with my wife Erin, who also holds a real estate license and works on my real estate team. Erin also owns a home staging business, and she offers my clients expert advice about getting their homes ready for sale. We have two young children, who like to say, "Daddy sells houses and mommy puts furniture in them." I enjoy cooking, bike riding and spending time with family and friends.

We needed a Realtor because we owned a country house we wanted to sell. We hired Kevin because of his professionalism with a "no-pressure" type of attitude. We found it irresistible! Also, he kept us abreast of the comparable sales in the area with no obligation of ours to him. He did this for months prior to us signing a listing contract with him.
Kevin's expertise on the job was exceptional. He advertised every-which-way and was there practically every weekend if we wanted him to be there. (Which we did and he slogged up there with a smile no matter what.) Let me be clear, Kevin is good and knows how to sell a house, but along the way he lets you think you were the one that made it happen. He rocked! And we weren't easy clients, we changed our minds about things all the time, we were a pain in the you-know-what to be clear. All the while, he treated us like lovely people and that he would like nothing better than to change the plan, again.
