Our Realtors® work virtually, out of their home offices and our Lending, Title & Escrow Partners provide conference rooms to our brokers to meet with their customers.  Each Realtor® keeps 100% of their commissions in return for a minimum monthly fee.

I have served as Director of Sales and Marketing in Real Estate, Franchising and the Information Technology Industries. I have held senior management positions in both privately held and publicly traded companies. I have been involved with the development of an entire franchise network, overseeing business development, implementation and sales. Recently as Regional Director of Help-U-Sell for Colorado, I oversaw the development and sales of real estate franchises in Colorado, going from -0- locations to 35 in just over 4 years, an 90% build out.

During the last 15 years I have spoken professionally at seminars, conferences and national conventions. Topics include; Technology in the real estate industry; How to Thrive and Survive in the Competitive Real Estate Industry; Mastering Fee For Service as a REALTOR®; Real Estate a la carte; Building a Brand in Real Estate and other similar topics. I currently am a Independent Mentor for the Brian Buffini organization and eTEAM Leader for Online Dominance by Michael Russer.
