About Us:
Be part of our ethical business team! Kevin has 30 years in construction and 20 years of inspecting experience, both in residential and commercial. We serve SW Washington and up through Seattle/Tacoma, Salem to Portland metro, and the entire Columbia Gorge. Ask other inspectors about their training, background, and experience. Our specialty is ethics and communication, whether it be an in-depth inspection for a prospective buyer, or assisting in resolution of disputes. This is accomplished by having extensive training as a journey carpenter, contractor, inspector, building official, business owner, professional speaker and trainer. 10 years of municipal building department management (8 of which was also as a private contractor for FHA/VA/Mtg. and draw companies) after almost 10 years of construction experience led to the last 10 years of running a top notch inspection firm. Dispute resolution and legal mitigation are easily addressed, after all this experience, but especially with Common Sense! For the last 2 1/2 years, Kevin has heavily trained in ethics, communication and human relations, through specialty courses designed to further communication and work closely with all types of people toward mutually beneficial goals.
