Who am I?
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Craig relocated his family to Knoxville after hurrincane Katrina. With a background in data processing and a passion for Real Estate, you will most likely find Craig and his wife Connie on weekends working on a old worn out house, rehabilitating it into a new home for sale to a local family.
With the recent economic disaster many families found themselves in a house with a mortgage that they couldn't afford to pay the monthly payments, and even worse now they couldn't sell the house for the mortgage balance. Craig looked for a way to become part of the 'fix'. After much research and education in Loss Mitigation and Short Sales....it was decided to create a local based company...backed by a national network to enhance Craig's individual efforts...let's get started!
