Renee Kokoszka  Loan Officer,with Citizens First Financial provides financing for all your residential lending needs from new home/second home purchase, investment property purchase, new construction loans, rate/term finance, debt consolidation and cash out.  Our goal is to provide the best pricing and lending experience to our borrowers as well as to educate them throughout the loan process as well.

I have lived in the Park City area for over ten years.  Our family enjoys Golfing, Skiing, Hiking and we support the Park City High School Football and Basketball Programs. 

My top priorities are customer service and customer loyalty.  Throughout my career, I have dealt with my customers with integrity and efficient follow-up. 

I am an active member or the Park City Board of Realtors, the Salt Lake City Board of Realtors, the Utah Mortgage Lenders Association, the  Park City Business Women's Network, the Environmental Improvement Committee and  the Habitat for Humanity Golf Committee.
