2012: Take no prisoners, we predict a slight increase, kind of hard to top 2011, but I feel confident we can do it!

Speaking of 2011, Sales in 2011 were better than 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, you had to go all the way back to 2006 to see more home and condo sales than you did last year.

A little about me?

Experience & Specialization

2011 - Top Producer for Aloha Kona Realty Inc. early on in 2011 was a struggle, but we finished the year with a bang. I want to thank everybody that helped us get there. THANK YOU

2010 - We cranked out quite a few deals, mostly condos, but a few homes also - finished off the year with about $4.5 million in sales, not where I wanted to be - but better than alternative. Once more - congratulations to Kris again - she keeps selling those million dollar homes, beat me out as top producer - for the last time :)

2009 - Almost made Top Producer 3 years in a row, but came in 2nd behind Kristina - good going Kristina!

2008 Top Producer: Aloha Kona Realty Inc

2007 Top Producer: Aloha Kona Realty Inc

2006 4th place producer: Aloha Kona Realty Inc

2005 4th palce producer: Aloha Kona Realty Inc

2004 9th place producer: Alona Kona Realty Inc

Updated 1/24/2012 :

About 6 years ago clients used to pop their head in the door and ask for foreclosure lists in Hawaii  (we are in an ocean front hotel - lots of mainland visitors) - I would laugh and say there is no such thing, but it happened frequently enough that it got me thinking - so I ended up purchasing a bunch of web domains, among them were www.KonaForeclosures.com , www.KailuaKonaForeclosures.com . Well when I saw the market changing I decided to start marketing myself in these areas and with great success, in the last few years I have closed over 50 short sales, REO, Bank Owned properties.

So whether you are looking for someone to help you Purchase your Retirement Home, Vacation Rental Property, or your a first time home buyer, we have experience in all these fields, please feel free to call and talk story for awhile

Aloha and have a great day

Experience: My first transaction as a Licensed Realtor, was an acre in HOVE, Aug 9 2003, for $6,000 - times have certainly changed, as of January 2012 I have sold over $26,000,000.00 dollars worth of properties, and every sale is almost as exciting as that first $6,000 sale I had! Its kind of funny, in the hay days of 2003,04,05, there were more agents than listings, but since the slow down of 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 we have seen most of the - order takers - fall by the way side, and it has left the true professional Realtor's standing. I am proud to say - I made it!
Thank You Kona, Thank you to all my clients!
Most of my sales seem to be homes in the $300,000 to $900,000 range, I do sell Condos and land also. My favorite areas are North Kona, Waikoloa, Kohala areas, and last but not least, South Kona. These include towns such as Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Holualoa, Hualalai, Kainaliu, Kealakekua, Captain Cook, Waikoloa Beach Resort, and Mauna Lani Resort.

I grew up in Las Vegas (1965-1984) Then I moved to Hawaii - best thing I ever did! It took me a few tries, but I finally got it right - been here for 21 years straight now. Big island is wonderful, No place else in the Hawaii chain, do you have what you have here. I can spend this weekend riding horses for miles and miles without seeing another human being, or let alone something man made, next weekend I can head up to Mauna Kea with my son, and use his boogie board as a sled - and slide down the snow cover slopes, when we get to cold - we will just head down to the beach - with that same boogie board and tear up some waves! How about the next weekend - we will just go down to South Point with our motorcycles, camp out, on the shoreline, then ride down to Green Sand beach in the morning. Life in Kona is good !!!

Areas of Expertise

Whether I like it or not - they call me the Short Sale King of the Big Island

Dont get me wrong, I love standard transactions, accell at it very well - but I think with my background as Service Manger for Honda, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Hyundai. Assistant Service Manager/Consultant at Jaguar, Ferrari, Kawasaki....... Dealing with the Banks in these short sales and foreclosrues - believe me - its a walk in the park after that!

Please feel free to call me 808-936-8383

Testimonials

1: Lance had worked for me, for Years as my Service Manager - when he left me to become a Realtor, well lets just say I was very dissapointed, him and I had had worked together for most of the past decade. Well a year later it was time to sell my home, Being a General Manager of a very well known Dealership, I had developed many relationships with some of the "Heavy Hitters" (as we would say in the automobile industry). I interviewed some of them, had pretty much made up my mind on one of them. Then Lance came to me, and asked me for the listing - my first thoughts were - you havent been doing this long enough, you were a great service manager - but this is real estate. We discussed it in much more depth, and one of the selling points that he had made - all the years he had dedicated to service, all the problem solving, he had done, and actually what a great team he and I had been - well he got the listing, was there at every showing, proved himself, and sold it for more than the others had suggested I list it for. With out a doubt - he will always be my Realtor (Unless I can convince to come back to work as my Service Manager)
