After a dozen years in the business I know how to create success for my mortgage applicants. If the thought crosses anyone's mind that mortgage lending is not an art form--that conclusion is incorrect. As simple and straight forward as the mortgage application appears, what it represents in the number of options is vast. Further, if a mortgage applicant is not working with a reputable, well intentioned, ethical loan officer, the applicant should have the expectation of closing on a mortgage that is NOT in their best interest but is in the disreputable loan officer's best interest. I promise service that reflects the customer's best interest, not my own. And I can provide references to back that up. If it is about a residential real estate mortgage I am one of the few highly qualified honest Loan Officers in the area. I serve all the US (except TX and NY).
