About Us:

 I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992.  I am a resident of Delaware, OH and have been since the mid 1970's.  I was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and called Pompano Beach home until 1970 when my parents decided that Ohio was a better place to be.  I still can't figure that one out!  Anyway, I guess I am a Buckeye.  I have been here a long time.  I have four kids, all born and bred Buckeyes! I love watching Buckeye football and basketball.  I guess that makes me a Buckeye.

One of the reasons that I chose to become a Realtor was that I felt the service I received as homeseller was not acceptable.  I wanted to treat people the way I expected to be treated.  I take pride in the communication that I share with my clients.  I am also very sensitive to the needs of the relocating individual/family, having moved many times as a child, I feel that I understand the emotional roller coaster that people ride as they make the shift from one area to another.
