About Kris Holmes

Kris has been in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer since 1996. He is experienced in working with a variety of programs including FHA, VA, Foreign National, and Conventional Lending. Kris has worked in cooperation with local government programs to assist many first time home buyers to obtain their first home. Kris has served as a board member of the Seminole County State Housing Initiative Program. He is certified by, and works with, the City of Orlando and with Orange, Osceola, and Volusia Counties government programs. Kris enjoys seeing clients fulfill the American dream of home ownership, and assisting them to obtain one of the greatest investments still today...home ownership. He also enjoys working with clients who are expanding into investment properties and second homes. Kris's hobbies include photography, racquet sports, basketball, enjoying the beauty of this great state of Florida and staying active in church and community activities.
