- As a Windermere real estate agent for ten years in the Puget Sound area and Kitsap/Olympic Peninsula, I have local market knowledge for waterfront properties.
About Me:
I've lived in Mason and Kitsap County since 1983, having invested in many homes and land while residing here on the Peninsula, In the mid 80's, I had a wooden sled company on Stretch Island in the Olde St. Charles Winery. My oldest son was raised on the beach with clams and oysters galore, salmon to catch in Case Inlet and Hood Canal, picnics on the many miles of public beach. In 1999 I earned my real estate license and have worked hard in the Windermere Peninsula office since then, both as a community activist and through the Mason County Realtor Association. When I have time, I substitute teach at the local schools, ski instruct at Stevens Pass Ski School, and raise my 13 yr. old sports minded son. During summer months, I will be found in the Gulf of Alaska and Bering Sea waters captaining commercial fishing boats catching salmon, halibut, and black cod.
Areas of Expertise
My expertise comes from hard earned experience having been involved in real estate investing and property development since 1971. I have owned many rental homes and many of my own homes. I keep updated daily on the market and search for bank owned homes to buy. I also keep abreast of county auctions and local and national auctions of property.
