"My husband and I were looking for our first home.  We had an idea of what we were looking for, but had little idea of what to do next.  I called my friends that had recently purchased houses, and asked who they used and if they liked them.  The response was the same.  "No", they did not like their realtor.  So, I started by calling three realtors, and only Kris seemed not only willing, but very helpful.  That alone meant a lot to us.  We set up a meeting with her and were immediately impressed with her.  When we went on viewings with Kris, she informed us of potential problem areas that we did not know to look for.  Kris was always available for last minute showings.  That is how we found our house.  We called Kris with a house that we wanted to see, and she got us in ASAP.  The house was only on the market for one day.  Kris helped us draw up the offer (she helped us decide how much to offer) on the back of her car!  The house had an offer already coming in.  Kris kept us informed of the seller's decision to counter-offer and explained exactly what it meant.  She came into the office on her day off, to aide us in the signing of the counter offer.  When she called on Father's Day, to tell us that we were accepted, I could not have thanked her enough.  She helped us through the rest of the process: explaining what earnest money was, and how the rest of the process will go.  She came to our closing, and patiently waited to answer questions.  She also bought us our first housewarming gift.  My husband and I could not have been happier with Kris.  She took time for us on her weekends, holidays, and days off.  She informed us of her vacation time, days in advance.  Her warm, welcoming, and cheerful personality made us feel comfortable throughout the process.  We will definitely be using Kris as our realtor for our next home and for selling our current home when the time comes.  We feel that we were very fortunate to have such an awesome realtor.  I would have no problem recommending Kris to my family and friends.  She helped us so much.  Thanks Kris!"
