Kate and real estate...

I've heard it said before that becoming a real estate agent is nobody's childhood dream, but it was mine and it's turned out to be everything that I had imagined! Growing up all over Manitoba I've experienced living in many different towns and many different houses. Every house we looked at before moving into we were shown by a REALTOR ® and I've always thought those nice people taking us to see the houses looked like they had the greatest job in the world. And I was right! The real estate industry is not without its challenges but working hard to get the best for my clients is an incredible reward and I'm grateful every day to be doing something that I love.

Born in Winnipeg and having lived here for the past five years I've come to appreciate this city for all it has to offer. Manitoba is an incredibly varied province in terms of population, climate and landscape and Winnipeg is a beautiful representation of that. Here we have so much culture and such an appreciation for the arts, there's always something to do. This city is just the right size, not too big so that you can't become familiar with each general area and feel a sense of community within it but still large enough that there's always something new to explore and discover. We have the best of everything, beautiful architecture, interesting citizens, stable economy, great restaurants and when it comes to the weather, well there's something for everyone!

I work with both sellers and buyers, and all kinds of clients from single families to young couples to empty-nesters. When someone is looking to buy or sell a home, I specialize in service. I thoroughly enjoy working with first time buyers as I get so much satisfaction from answering any questions and ensuring that they have been fully informed when it comes to all matters related to the home buying process. It's important to put them at ease and get them ready to delight in the house hunt.

I love all of Winnipeg and therefore list and sell houses throughout the entire city. I'm familiar with all neighbourhoods in the city and Winnipeg has many great neighbourhoods to choose from, it's impossible to pick a favourite.
