Who I Am
I have been a Realtor since 2002 and have been with ReMax Westside for 4 of the last 6 years. I pride myself on being a full service Agent in every way. I walk through every step of the home buying process with each one of my Clients from our first conversation through to the days that they are settled in their new home. I love to keep in touch with my Clients long after we close a deal by having Client Appreciation gatherings, mailings, phone calls and emails. Knowing that my Clients and their families are thriving in their new home is very important to me. I do not over extend myself in my business, so that I can devote full attention to what my Client needs. Listening to people's needs and desires for their home comes naturally to me and I truly love what I do. I am also the Career Enhancement Coordinator for all three of our offices. Recruiting, training and coaching quality Agents is an awesome responsibility and challenge that I thoroughly enjoy.
I hold a designation of Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, which means that I am qualified to assist you in finding and purchasing the right home. I use all methods of technology available to find your future home or sell your current one.
I am a member of Cobb County's Million Dollar Club with sales over $2.5M in 2006. I am a member of ReMax's 100% Club. I am a Co-chairperson for Cobb Association of Realtors Community Care Group. We raise money and awareness for Cobb County's charities and non profit organizations. I am also an active member of the West Cobb Business Association. I am currently pursuing my Associate Broker's License. I hope to have many new Clients to spend time and energy with in finding them the perfect home.

I specialize in First Time Home Buyers by keeping current with loan programs that fit their needs. I have built a top notch team of Lenders, Appraisers, Attorneys and Inspectors that I know will take care of my Client's needs as well as I do. I also enjoy working with First Time Home Buyers because of their enthusiasm and the excitement of when we find that Perfect home for them. I work mainly in Cobb County but also have experience selling in Douglas and Paulding. Whether I am working with a First Time Home Buyer or someone who has had many homes, I give them all of my attention, experience, knowledge and energy from beginning to end. I also work with several Investors who allow me to find them properties that they renovate and then I resell. This experience has given me the oppurtunity to prove my ability to sell a home quickly with my marketing and people skills.
