About Karen
I have been living and loving my profession for 23 years. I treasure my clients and am fully aware that they provide all of the comforts that I have enjoyed in my life and my childrens. My years of experience have honed my negotiation skills in any kind of market. I work with both buyers and sellers, knowing that I need the constant flow with both in order to negotiate better with the other. I live in Phoenix, near the Scottsdale border and have sold homes across the valley. Because of my long full time tenure in this business, I often am called to work with the second generation of my clients, and when they are so generous with thier trust, I will go wherever they wish to buy or sell. Even though the valley is very large, I have lived here for over 30 years and much of it was developed after my arrival, allowing me to see the expansion and become very familiar with each different town, city or neighborhood.

I am relocation certified and comfortable working with relocation companies. I take the extra step to help them with the entire lifestyle change.
I do not limit myself to first time homebuyers or luxury. I do both! I enjoy working with someone in the morning who is scraping nickels together to purchase and then working with a million plus buyer in the afternoon who has owned several homes or is just looking for a second vacation home. Thats the joy of this business, the ability to wear several hats at a time.
I have managed a 100+ office for several years, so I have good skills in working with other realtors to achieve a mutual goal. However I found I missed the client contact so I returned to the sales consulting side of the business.
I am known as a source of vendor contacts with my clients as well as other realtors. I still often help other realtors who I tutored years ago with difficult situations.

In need of privacy and solitude
Tom and Joann relocated to Phoenix from New Jersey where Joann had sold Real Estate for 13 years! They lived a short time in the Phoenix area and wanted to be apart from the hustle and bustly of city life. We located a brand new custom home with tremendous views of Black Mountain. The home had four bedrooms, room for them and room for visiting children. They enjoy the serenity and the vibrant sunsets nightly. What more can you ask for! Joann and Tom referred both their son and daughter to me who purchased homes as well.

We don't trust Realtors
When I first met Dan and Cindy they were returning from a two year transfer to Florida. Dan is a corporate Vice President and Cindy is the Athletic Director for a community college. When they left Phoenix they left with a less than honest Realtor, which ended up in a messy court case, and the Realtor reprimanded! We discussed all of this and I assured them that they could fire me at any time, for any reason, and to feel free to express any concern they might have. They purchased a beautiful Sante Fe home that is in a wonderful location, with room to build on a new addition for their twins. Dan and Cindy have referred many clients to me. Houses for Julie
All of my clients know that I will help them reach thier goals and they know that my goals are to remain their realtor for life. When Julie wanted to sell her first home and move to a new area in the North Ranch area, we did just that with the close of escrow timed so that she could move out of one home and into the other. Seven years later Julie wanted to return to her home state of Colorado. We placed her North Ranch home on the market and sold it in a short period of time. I interviewed agents in the Colorado town of Montrose looking for someone to take good care of Julie. I know on hot summer nights Julie is smiling and thinking about everyone in Phoenix Arizona (update: a job relocation brought Julie back to Arizona again, we found a lovely home in Palm Valley, then within a year another transfer happened and we sold her lovely home on the golf course for a nice profit, I hope I see Julie again!!)
