What is first?  Family.  Kathy lives in middle Tennessee with her husband and two daughters, two dogs, two cats, and mother-in-law.  Second?  Her clients and customers.  Kathy has practiced real estate for just over three years and works with skill, care, and knowledge.  Third? The Internet is the greatest invention since sliced bread!

While Kathy adores helping her clients find or sell that perfect home, she is also a writer.  She is currently writing a book that profiles interesting facets of peoples lives.  In addition, she is a contributing author to a blog called Shak & Jill, a real estate site designed to reach consumers in the housing market.  She is a writer for Banks.com, a leader in online real estate news. She has a blog specializing in middle Tennessee real estate and is the owner of a community blog for La Vergne, Tennessee.

Kathy specializes in residential home sales, though she has also helped many buyers locate land for new construction homes and for mobile homes.  Kathy firmly believes that one-on-one attention with her buyers and sellers is the cornerstone of good service.  No matter how busy she is, she will always answer her phone or return calls within minutes of receiving the message.
