Testimonials

Michael D and Lisa S - Our home buying experience was excellent because of you and your extraordinary efforts to find us exactly what we were looking for. Our experience with you was better than my best expectations of dealing with a professional real estate agent, and I've been very proudly spreading the word, and encourage anyone I've come across in need of an agent to look you up.

Best success in all your future business, and we are already looking forward to working with you again on our next home or investment purchase.

Caroline W - Anne was very knowledgeable, helpful and savvy when it came to selling
my condo.  Being new to the real estate market, she left no question
unanswered and made the whole process extremely painless.  I am now on
my second purchase and feel like a seasoned veteran, thanks Anne!

Yang Family - I really enjoyed the services Anne provided as our real estate agent when selling our house.  Aside from suggestions such as un-clutter, Anne proactively re-arranged items to help stage our house impeccably for each open house to which I am sure added traffic because of it.  She also respected our decision on the bottom-line price during the tough negotiation phase, and relieved us from the tedious legal details, but however, provided answers where we had them.

Chris S and Veronica M- It all started when my fiancee, Veronica, made it absolutely clear to me that she would not be happy much longer in our one bedroom apartment which basically meant I would not be happy much longer either. For the first few days while she searched by phoning around, we hit up a few open houses and so I got a general idea of what real estate agents were like as people. All personable, most were quite professional but they were all as I had imagined, 'sales people'.

But then along came Anne Lok. Veronica was so excited to let me know that she found the one. She had taken her search very seriously as she does with most of her obsessive compulsive missions in life so when she got excited that the mission was completed succesfully, I couldn't help but feel overwhelming relief as well. She went on about how she got such a good vibe over the phone and although I was a little sceptical before we actually met our agent, by the end of that first meeting I was just as excited about our newly acquired house hunting hobby.

Anne supplied us with everything we needed to make our important decision, including historical prices, regional amenities, zoning laws, required electrical upgrades, real estate market trends in the various areas and a bunch of not so easily understood legal matters. But it was not her knowledge base or her ability to express the necessary information to us which impressed us, it was the way she did it. It was as if one of our close friends was taking us on scenic tours of Toronto, from Lansdowne to Woodbine, from Eglinton to Lakeshore and every residential area in between.

My fiancee and i had started looking for a two bedroom condo to fulfill our needs then shifted the search to a house and back and forth a few times during our hunt. There were times during the search when even a long time friend may have gotten fed up with us, but Anne stayed patient and understanding, bending to accomodate her two overly emotional clients. As the months went by Veronica and I felt our confidence building as Anne's shared knowledge was digested and we were able to determine property values on our own. In the end, we ended up with exactly what we were looking for the entire time.

Anne's friendly nature combined with expert knowledge of her business made a potentially torturous period in our life into a pleasurable experience which I am actually looking forward to repeating a few years down the road when we are ready to flip our lovely new home. Seven months of searching, well over thirty viewings (seemed like hundreds by the last month) and three unsuccessful offers later, I am delighted to say that we ended up in the best home possible found for us by the best possible agent.
