Effective March 4, 2010 I am now affiliated with the Corcoran Group in Westhampton Beach.
I am a native of the East End of Long Island - born, raised and living once again in the wonderful south fork seaside village of Westhampton Beach...the first Hampton!
I started my professional real estate career in beautiful Metropolitan San Diego, California in 1994 where I was affiliated with a thriving CENTURY 21 franchise in the heart of the city. My dynamic broker and her experienced sales staff provided me with a superior basis of real estate expertise that is truly responsible for my continued success. After many successful years as a Realtor serving the needs of sellers and buyers alike throughout Southern California, I decided to expand my real estate ventures to include both west & east coasts.
In the fall of 2001 on the west coast I affiliated with the dynamic Tammy Robbins of TR Financial Services, Inc. of Southern California, a real estate and mortgage brokering agency specializing in the needs of downtown, waterfront and oceanfront properties in San Diego. Superior technology, a fantastic support staff and referrals from satisfied previous clients allow me to continue my left coast business operations in San Diego County to this day from just about anywhere. If you are ever in San Diego's Historic Gaslamp District, look me up. My office is located conveniently on Fifth Avenue.
Additionally, the year 2001 allowed me to dig my real estate roots into local familiar East Coast soil with New York State real estate... a totally different energy from what I was accustomed to on the West Coast. In 2010, my current real estate affiliation is with New York and Long Island's brokerage house - corcoran group. My East Coast real estate experiences has allowed me to bring my extensive real estate professional knowledge, superior marketing, contract negotiation and time management skills to use across all of the Hamptons and North Fork communities of Eastern Long Island. I am sure you will appreciate my refreshing outlook and exemplary industry capabilities as well as allow my past professional experiences in education, marketing, sales and progressive real estate benefit you!
I take pride in my real estate knowledge and believe you can never know too much. In 2002 I earned the SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, National Association of Realtors professional designation allowing me to better help the mature real estate market. Since 2009 I have been working on achieving my RSPS - Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, National Association of Realtors professional designation. This spring I will complete all of my requirements to receive this special designation from our national professional organization.
When not working and discovering the joys of what the Hamptons and North Fork has to offer, I can be found restoring a vintage 1930's village home built by my grandparents. You can also find me spending time in the kitchen being bold and creative or out in the garden. I have been an active member of the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce for the last seven years. I am proud to have been appointed in February 2007 as a Chamber Director and Membership Committee Chairman of my home town organization and hope that my continued participation will make a marked difference in my local native community of Westhampton Beach. Also, I currently serve as the GWCOC Vice-President, chamber liaison to the Westhampton Beach Farmers Market, 38th Annual Mary O. Fritchie Outdoor Juried Art Show & 20th Annual Joe Koziarz Memorial Certified 5K Run & Walk.
