Description
We are a mortgage planning firm concentrating on maximizing cash flow, minimizing taxes, optimizing all assets while creating an dual asset strategy to increase cash flow and capital appreciation.

About Us:

I am a 16+ year veteran of the mortgage industry that has attained both the Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA) and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designations.  As a Certified Mortgage Planner I uniquely positioned to know more about people, their assets, their debts, their goals and dreams than anybody else they know.  With that increased importance it is imperative that our focus with clients is a dual asset strategy creating cash flow and long term capital growth using tax advantaged strategies to multiply holdings for double cash flow and double capital growth.  By creating a diversified investment portfolio we can greatly reduce the risks a homeowner and their family faces.

We are firm believers that it is much more advantageous for a majority of Americans to focus on building wealth rather than eliminating debt.  It is less efficient to focus on both so our focus is to build enough wealth, enough passive cash flow to make sure that the amount of strategic debt a client has is more than handled forever.  When this is accomplished the client has much more choice and control over just about any situation they will encounter whether it is the loss of a job, a disability, a long term illness, the death of a spouse, divorce, etc.  Our strategies are designed to provide protection from life's inherent curveballs and if the client doesn't encounter financial difficulty then these strategies build tremendous wealth, liquid wealth that is accessible and easily spendable.

Areas of Expertise

Our area of expertise is in the area of mortgage planning treating the house for what it is an investment.  According to the Federal National Mortgage Association in a 2006 survey of first time homebuyers the number one reason they buy a home is the long term financial investment, a Harris Poll found 91% of current homeowners ranked the number one reason to own a home is the long term finanical investment.

We have undergone extensive training and continue to do so to be able to provide ANY home buyer or home owner an easily implementable plan to best protect their family from finanical hardship, minimize their taxes, bring additional cash flow into their household through several forward thinking strategies.

Testimonials

Kurt, helped us to go against tradtional thinking when we bought our house.  He showed us how to properly structure our purchase, eliminate all our consumer debt, free up $1,000 in monthly cash flow, which we invested monthly with our initial $30,000 deposit as a part of a newly created financial plan.  It didn't really hit us what Kurt had done for us until I lost my job earlier this year.  With that money in a place where I can easily access it my family and I had little to no stress surrounding these events and it gave me more than enough time to find a new better place to work.  Kurt has also helped us to utilize some of our lazy assets into creating more passive income.  The Chases, Blue Springs, MO.
