About Us:

This is a duplicate profile for my commercial identity. I have dealt in commercial deals most of my real estate life and felt it necessary to seperate this identity from my residential and general real estate profile. I am a commercial/residentila agent with Keller Williams Realty out of the Beverly Hills office.

I have been involved in mutlifamily since 1989 and have been an active investor/agent since 1999 in los angeles and various other states. I have dealt with C to A clas buildings and have specialized mainly in turning around properties through rehab and/or tenant repositioning. I am well versed with Los Angeles City, Code Enforcement, REAP, Rent Control, eviction, LADBS rules and regulations. And currently own and operate properties in multiple states
