I had to sell my house and fast, but I still wanted to get the best price for it. However, I was selling the house at the worst possible time of the year (right before Thanksgiving). I interviewed several realtors, and most of them had the opinion that my house would be difficult to sell because of the unusual floor plan and décor. None of them showed particular interest in being my realtor, and their estimated market value of the house was far below what I was anticipating. They practically wanted me to give away my house. I was at a loss at what to do next.
Then I met Karen Webb. She was very enthusiastic about selling my house, and she knew what needed to be done to get my house ready to go on the market.
