UPDATE: As of Sept. 09, I am no longer accepting new clients as a notary/closing agent, but will continue to serve my regular client base until Sept 14th. I am currently interviewing with three of the top lenders located in Kentucky and will be returning to my career as a loan officer as soon as I find the best fit for me and for my clients. I am excited to return to the field and will update my activerain.com profile just as soon as I have selected my new "home base". I have over 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, first as a Loan Officer and Signing Agent in the State of California. I now dedicate my time to being a full-time Notary Signing Agent in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. My experience gives me the “other side of the picture”. I know how much time and effort is put into each file before it ever gets to the closing table and I strive to make the signing go as smoothly as possible for you and your borrowers!
I serve as State Representative for the United Notary Association of America.
