Oviedo FL is a wonderful place!  It is part of the Seminole County school system.  It is located close to the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando.  Oviedo is home to a branch of Seminole Community College.

Oviedo Marketplace is a great place to shop.  The anchor stores include Sears, Dillard's, and Macy's.  There is also a Regal Cinema located in the mall and a generous food court.

If you go thru downtown Oviedo, you will probably see Oviedo's chickens.  They are frequently seen near the corner of 434 and 419. 

Oviedo on the Park is under construction. 

There is plenty to do in Oviedo; you can visit the Oviedo Gymnasium, Riverside Skate Park, Riverside Park, the YMCA, and lots of parks .

I was born in Boston Massachusetts and spent my childhood in New Hampshire and Vermont.  After marrying Jay in 1989 we moved to Central FL.  We have 2 children, William (BJ) and Shelby, and 2 dogs Lacy & Jasmine (mixed-breeds).  In my free time I enjoy shopping at our area malls, volunteering in local schools, and vacationing in the GA mountains.
