About Us:
I have been redesigning and staging interiors in the Tampa Bay area since 2002. My customers have said that they enjoy my easy going personality, and just how much fun I have, and what a treat it is to work with me! I love interior redesign, because it is a necessary niche' in the interior decorating arena. There is a potentially huge market for this service, it is just difficult for most people to realize that with a good redesigner, they can achieve a whole new look with just what they have to work with. Just imagine how your home could feel in just one day after a redesign, and cost you less than the price of a new couch! It is life changing for alot of my customers!
The other source of my business is Staging homes to sell. In the Tampa Bay Area, like most areas, the market is slow. This is all the more reason to give your home that competitive edge! I approach Staging the same as Redesign, with the exception of in Staging, I take the individual personality out of the house, and downsize the furniture. With each staging customer I consider just how the property lives, and then stage accordingly. Most customers just have too much which dictates clutter, and clutter eats equity! I try to accentuate the architectural features of the house, and provide just enough furnishings to help potential buyers see their own furnshings in the space.
