Service Fees

Notary Signing Agent fees vary depending on assignment and are subject to increase based on expenses such as travel  time, mileage and contracted rates. 

Standard fees for most loan document signings are between $100 and $175. 

Reverse Mortgage signings are between $125 - $300.
