• Alright you don't want to be bothered by relentless phone calls "Are you gonna buy?"..., "Are you gonna buy?"..."Are you gonna buy?".  I understand that is NOT how to communicate.  Being a licensed REALTOR and on many Boards, I can provide you with a list of all the properties in the area so you can look them up and do a little research on the ones you like. • ...look at something on-line, call that REALTOR, then find another property, call that REALTOR and so on.  It is important to forge a relationship with a REALTOR you know and trust as opposed to calling 6 REALTORS and not getting the service you truly need and expect.  We live by those phone calls, its how we make our living.  So making sure you can call ONE REALTOR for all your needs is critical.  Make sure you are comfortable with this person because it can be the "beginning of beautiful friendship" 9 out of 10 times I create a lasting friendship from my previous clients. I look to do the same for all my clients.
