LORRIE FELD, ABR, GRI

Imoved to Arizona in 2002, and started my real estate career at that time. I was brought up in NY, and then spent 24 years in Los Angeles where I designed and manufactured women's clothing. My desire to become a Realtor finally came to fruition when I moved to Arizona. I saw the growth potential of the market there, and wanted to be influential in my clients profiting from their investments.

I have been described by my clients as hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, honest, patient and always willing to "go the extra mile" to assure the best possible results for them. I have been known to deliver boxes for their move, help run my client's garage sales and even throw housewarming parties when they move in. I've been told I have a knack for listening and truly understanding my client's needs; which is why 90% of my business comes from referrals.

I have received my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation, as well as my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). My next goal will be to achieve my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I believe that you can never learn enough in this business. It is important to continue to educate yourself in order to protect your client's number one asset, their home, as well as any other real estate investments they may own or buy.

I enjoy working with first time home buyers and guiding them along each step of the way. I work with many second home buyers and investors. My referrals keep me busy, but never too busy for any of your referrals as well. My partner Joe is the listing specialist and is great at marketing homes and getting them sold.

Areas of Expertise

My partner Joe and I specialize in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area. We have many luxury homes listed at this moment, but also represent buyers and sellers from $150,000 and up. I enjoy working with first time home buyers as well as people needing to downsize as they haven't had to move in a long time and need to fully understand the market today. I also work with many out of state buyers buying a second home or transfering here for different reasons.
